Use a recording you are allowed to process after the meeting ends. This page gives you the spoken record for checking discussions and preparing your own notes. It does not join Zoom, Teams, or Meet, and it does not record a live call.
Bring the actual recording
Save the audio or video file from your meeting platform first. A private playback link is not a local recording. Choose a browser-compatible audio file or MP4/WebM with an audio track. For meetings over 20 minutes, prepare smaller parts outside this tool and note their original start times.
Check decisions in context
Search the exported transcript for a deadline, amount, or decision, then compare the passage with the recording. Overlapping voices and similar-sounding names need particular care. The transcript does not automatically distinguish proposals from approved decisions or assign tasks to participants.
Share only the reviewed result
Use TXT as source material for minutes, or SRT/VTT alongside the meeting video. Files and transcripts are processed in this browser, but downloaded files are then subject to your device and sharing settings. Review sensitive passages before sending the result to colleagues. Local processing alone is not a compliance certification.
A practical review example
Illustrative review: “We could deliver on Friday.” This is a proposal in the transcript, not an automatically confirmed deadline. Check the surrounding discussion before adding it to your notes.
