What this website does
This independent website combines local Whisper transcription, basic transcript and subtitle editing, and subtitle format conversion. It is not made by or affiliated with OpenAI, and it is not connected to other websites or apps with similar names.
What you can use
Transcribe a supported local recording, review its text and times, and export TXT, SRT or VTT. Convert existing SRT/VTT files without running a speech model. The free version does not include accounts, cloud projects, dubbing or batch processing.

The application uses Astro, React, Transformers.js, Whisper, ONNX Runtime and other open-source components. The notices link below provides component versions, licenses and attribution.
